Dust the Rust Conditioning Camp
LGIHA is pleased to host our annual Dust the Rust house camps August 25-28 at Sportsplex for U7 - U21 age divisions. These camps are for players who are playing house hockey this season.
Dust off those rusty hockey muscles on the ice with expert coaches after a summer away from the rink! These camps are intended to re-condition our house players for the upcoming season. Each of the 4 sessions will consist of skill development, conditioning, individual skating techniques, and small area games.
When: Monday August 25 - Thursday August 28, 2025.

High Performance Summer Camps
LGIHA is pleased to host our annual High Performance Summer Camps August 18-21 at Langley Sportsplex Arena for U13/15 and U18 age divisions. These camps are intended for players who are pursuing a spot on a rep team this season.
When: Monday August 18 - Thursday August 21, 2025.
Where: Langley Sportsplex Arena
U13 / U15 High Performance Camp
For each of the 4 days, the U13/15 camp will consist of 2 ice times, a dryland session and a lunch break. The camp aims to prepare players with battle skills, stick-handling, power skating, passing, shooting, and team play.
Participants should be prepared with all hockey gear, dryland clothes, and with HEALTHY snacks, lunch, and drinks for the day. *Please limit sugary drinks and snacks*
The camp is open to higher skilled LGIHA registered U13/15 players. If there is room available, high performing U11 players may also be considered (please reach out to coachcoordinator@lgiha.com for availability).
Location: Langley Sportsplex Arena
Schedule: Check-in: 8:45am, First ice time: 9:15 - 10:15am, Dryland training: 10:30 - 11:30am, Lunch: 11:30 - Noon, Last ice time: 12:30 - 1:30PM.
Cost: Skater $250, Goalie $125

U18 High Performance Camp
The U18 high performance rep hockey camp has one ice time per evening at Sportsplex. The camp is open to higher skilled LGIHA registered U18 players.
Location: Langley Sportsplex Arena
Schedule: Check-in: 5:00pm, Ice time: 5:30 - 6:45pm.
Cost: Skater $175, Goalie $85
